Meet Amber Gonzalez

Community has always been at the center of my life. For years, my husband Miguel and I have proudly volunteered throughout the Big Bear Valley, giving back through local civic events, charitable organizations, and community service projects.

Whether putting on a smile as Mrs. Claus during the Sugarloaf Tree Lighting, supporting Fire Department community events, participating in local charitable fundraisers, or pitching in wherever our neighbors need assistance, I believe that showing up for others is the foundation of a strong mountain community.

Values That Guide My Service:

Compassion: Putting patient dignity and health first
Integrity: Honest, open, and transparent governance
Accountability: Prudent stewardship of taxpayer dollars
Respect: Treating every patient, worker, and neighbor with dignity

Why I'm Seeking Re-Election

Healthcare affects every family in our community. As your Board Member, I have worked to support responsible decision-making, open communication, and policies that strengthen our local healthcare district.

While much has been accomplished, there is still important work ahead. I am seeking re-election because I believe experience, collaboration, and thoughtful leadership are essential as we continue planning for the future of healthcare in our valley.
